The journey of taking the invention of RVCR – through the various TRL’s (technology readiness levels) towards its integration into industry mainstream is a mammoth challenge. The 1st project is for developing of a VCR (Variable Combustion Ratio) enabled I.C.E. (Internal Combustion Engine).  

This choice was a strategic one as the engineering of an I.C.E is arduous and poses extreme design challenges. It requires highly sophisticated tools, specializations in planning and managing the intricate packaging of multiple systems. Attaining I.C.E design competency makes It easy to deduce other product derivatives. For example, a compressor is derived by removing the combustion system components and toning down the high temperature demands of I.C.E. This over simplified explanation explains the approach philosophy of the engineering design aspect at GYATK. 

KGYAT deals with the projects for pilot RVCR system projects for segments of  transport, energy, and industrial sectors, under individual verticals. This provides the flexibility to set-up and operationalise newer SPV’s in suitable form and run multiple parallel projects. It is also possible to expand in products requiring scaling up and down of a successful design.

We hope to grow more KGYAT subdomains for our planned projects. The layout of the project plan along with the techno-commercials is made according to below  template providing information for assessment and adoption by interested parties.

1st ever Feed-stock agnostic I.C.Engines

Our 1st project for developing I.C.Engine technology has gained commercial traction with auto major TATA Motos. The innovation secured various awards at international platforms and grants including form European commission through Horizonn 2020 program.
The ardousness and extreme Design & Development challenge in I.C.E engineering is reason for choosing it for tech development. This has made it easier to derive design for all other simpler product applications.

Upcoming Projects

RVCR Wind Motors For

tapping climate energy without using rotating blade turbines.

Our RVCR wind motors project is aimed at creating newer markets of highly efficient ‘City-based’; ‘Off and On-shore’ wind power units. A 1st of its kind to be based on positive displacement mechanism. RVCR wind motors enables tapping of rough weather winds (when turbines collapse) thus initiating the advent of ‘Climate energy power systems’.

RVCR affects multi-fold increase in ‘Energy Capture Factor’, cuts installation and operational costs. The project is selected by Global entrepreneurship program of the UK dept of International trade to base its business operations in UK.

Hydro Motors

Noninvasive Hydro Motors

Tapping river, channel, tidal flow’s without turbine blades.

Hydro energy tapping invariably deploys turbines as energy converting means. They are robust machines however the technology is ow saturated. In marine environment turbine metallurgy is critical to deal with corrosive saline water. A major limitation is the disruption to the natural caused by turbines.

RVCR technology allows tapping of water flow without disturbing the hydrological ecosystem. The rougher the seas higher the output, hence opening the means to tap climate energy.

Electric Motors

Coaxial Flux Flow Motors

An evolutionary leap in electromagnetic force conversion.

For nearly 200 years now electrical motors are based on rotary (cylindrical stator supported rotor) mechanism. RVCR simplifies conversion of electromagnetic energy into torque whilst enhancing efficiency and miniaturization. It improves efficacy of torque conversion and enables easy intricate control of time and intensity of electromagnetic force for outputting wide range of torque output.

RVCR motor have the compactness of axial motors, but flux is not tangential to rotor motion, rather along the rotational axis. The project is in early stage.

Simpler wide range, high pressure @ low speed.

We are open to joint projects for developing RVCR hydraulic pump and motor based hydraulic system application etc. Hydraulic applications today overwhelmingly use swash plate axial machines. Then there are gear or radial piston machines. RVCR opens a new dimension of tangential piston system. The force dynamics ensures direct torque transfer. The sealing integrity is ensured with minimized projected area and combination of tangential cum axial force components of the seal.

We are open to joint projects for developing RVCR hydraulic pump and motor based hydraulic system application etc.
